Missionaries with Africa Inland Missions (AIM) serving God in central Mozambique. Our mission is to serve, equip, and enable the church of Mozambique. We do this through disciplining, training and mobilizing Mozambiquens to love and serve Jesus in their families, work and whole lives.
The Mozambican church is growing rapidly. With this quick growth, there are often aspects of the true Gospel that are mixed with other religious and traditional practices. The lack of prepared and trained workers for Christian service is visible. We propose to identify and train leaders to disciple and carry out Christian service based on the truths of the Bible inside and outside the four walls of the church.
Main Focus: In partnership with an established seminary in Beira, Mozambique called the Institute de Biblico Sofala (IBS), the Armandos will provide training in biblical and missiological practices to Mozambiquens and their colleagues. This will enable these national workers to develop their own ministries with excellence and the fear of the Lord within their own cultural context. Develop the pastoral ministry and mission of the church through contextualized preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Christ. Connect with and live life with people formally and informally.
