Randy and Morgan began serving at Rift Valley Academy (RVA) in Kijabe, Kenya in August 2020. RVA is a Christian boarding school that serves nearly 500 missionary kids representing 30 countries and 80 mission agencies. RVA’s mission is to “educate and disciple students toward their potential in Christ, thus enabling families to serve across the African continent.”
Randy currently teaches AP Literature and 10th grade English (with a focus on World Literature). He is passionate about helping RVA students grow academically and spiritually. At various times, Morgan has used her skills as a midwife and family nurse practitioner to serve in Student Health Services, at Kijabe College of Health Sciences, and at AIC Kijabe Hospital. Randy and Morgan both enjoy mentoring and discipling students. They have three young children named Isaac, Anna, and Caleb.
