William and Maria Ripley, along with their four children (Peter, Gwen, Lucas, and Warren), serve at Rift Valley Academy (RVA) in Kijabe, Kenya. William serves as the school's Superintendent.
RVA boasts a rich history of over 100 years, supporting and serving missionary families by providing a safe, loving, and academically rigorous environment for missionary kids (MKs) and third-culture kids (TCKs) from more than 30 different nationalities!
The Ripleys believe that the Lord has equipped and called them to serve in this role, supporting missionary families on the frontlines of sharing the Gospel with unreached peoples and strengthening Christ-centered churches across all African nations.
