If you would have told me a year ago that I would be pursuing an aviation internship in Kenya, I would have not believed you. But the Lord has a way of surprising us! I am preparing to intern in Nairobi, Kenya for 6 weeks at the end of September 2024.

Two main reasons why I am working toward this internship are

First, because the Lord has directed my steps in this way, and I really don't want to end up like a certain Old Testament prophet! :)

Second, to grow in my experience as an airplane mechanic and see practically how cross-cultural missions are lived out in day-to-day life. This experience will be invaluable as I look forward to where the Lord would have me long term in this adventurous (and sometimes crazy) pursuit of mission aviation!

More than anything, your prayers over my decisions and the logistics that need to come together for this internship are appreciated.
