This AIM Eastern Region project is for the development of the Tabora Bible School campus in central Tanzania to train emerging church leaders who currently serve in one of 305 local churches in the AICT Tabora Diocese. By 2024, the diocese aims to plant 200 more churches, so there is a huge need for ongoing training for church leaders, teachers, evangelists and pastors. Initial campus development includes a permanent residence for the school principal, classroom buildings, toilet blocks, student housing, and offices. Additional plans include outreach to the community through building sports areas for programs to reach local youth playing soccer and other sports, a medical clinic, a library, computer room, and book shop.
