Philip and Eleanor Blohm

Phil and EJ Blohm have been serving in Nairobi, Kenya since 2015. Phil serves as the Quality Manager for AIM AIR, the aviation branch of Africa Inland Mission. AIM AIR provides a lifeline for missionaries and local pastors in Eastern Africa, supporting them with transportation, supplies and resources.

As Quality Manager, Phil’s job is to be sure that AIM AIR follows all the regulations that Kenya Civil Aviation Authority requires, as well as perform internal audits for the team.

EJ homeschools their youngest son, while the older ones are now based in the U.S.A. pursuing careers. She coordinates a ladies weekly prayer time and helps with housing logistics for Nairobi-based missionaries. Her passion is to encourage women on their Jesus journey.

Although they call Wisconsin home, their long and somewhat circuitous journey into missions took them all over the United States as they pursued God's call into missionary aviation. As a family they love to help new missionaries find their way around Nairobi, practicing hospitality on a regular basis. If you ever come to visit, you’ll get a smile and a cookie.
