Jered and Breanna Hurd

We are Jerry and Breanna, volunteer missionaries with Africa Inland Mission. I am a pilot / mechanic / and General Manager for AIM AIR. I grew up Papua New Guinea, a Wycliffe MK, and went to LeTourneau University.Breanna grew up in Washington state and Costa Rica, a Church of God MK, almost always knowing she would be a teacher. We met at LeTourneau University.After LeTourneau, I worked at Cessna Aircraft as an engineer for almost eight years. Then we moved to Minnesota to spend a year at Proclaim Aviation. We lived in Lokichogio, Northern Kenya for six years, supporting the missionaries working in South Sudan. We now live in Nairobi, Kenya. Our daughters, Olivia and Grace live in the U.S. Olivia is married and Grace is a University student. Isaiah and Jack attend a local international Christian School in Nairobi where Breanna frequently substitute teachers in the elementary school.When I'm not flying myself, I oversee AIM AIR's flight department. I enjoy flying as well as providing background support for our pilots and flight staff so they can deliver goods and carry precious passengers to the remote and often dangerous parts of the world.Read more about us at jerrybreanna.com
