Max and Caitlyn both started following Jesus as teenagers and through their journeys have developed a heart for youth to be seen, known, and safe.
In the spring of 2022, they came across Rift Valley Academy (RVA) and were blown away by its melding of high-quality education, life-on-life discipleship, and Kingdom advancement across the African continent.
They’ve been serving at RVA in Kijabe, Kenya since August 2024 now with their young son, Henry. Max teaches music and social studies in addition to facilitating worship and discipling students. Caitlyn taught Spanish and social studies and now supports the ministry at RVA through mentoring.
