Richard and Lisa Finch

Rich and Lisa Finch have previously served with the International Mission Board (IMB) for about 15 yrs across the continent of Africa as Church Planters in Senegal, to Urban Ministry in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. They have raised 3 kids on the field, William, Mariama and Lydia-Ann. They sent their son to RVA as a 9th grader in 2017 and their daughter, Mariama, in 2019 as a 9th grader. They joined AIM in 2021 as short-term and served at RVA as dorm parents for 5th & 6th grade girls.They are returning to RVA to serve in the Maintenance Stores (Rich) and the Academics Office (Lisa), Senior Class Sponsors as well as helping provide dorm cover, as needed, for those that are dorm parents now. Having been on the receiving side of the ministry that RVA provides, they are excited to join other parents in partnering with them through RVA.
