Missionary Giving

Steven and Angela Harding

In 2018, AIM asked Steve and Angie to join another missionary family that recently started a thriving outreach in the far north of Kenya among the Gabbra.  This is the same unreached people group that Steve and Angie served at another location in 2008-2009.

The new ministry is in a small town close to the Ethiopian border.  The Hardings have enjoyed learning about the amazing ways God is at work there. The missionary family that began the outreach quickly made substantial progress: an auto repair shop that is an in-road to building relationships in the community, a gospel radio station, and a water project are up and running.

A new church has recently been planted, and classes are beginning for those professing Christ and seeking baptism.  With a plentiful harvest in sight, they welcomed the Hardings to join them.  While working in the auto repair shop, Steve will utilize his mechanical skills ultimately as a tool to speak the Gospel of Christ.

Angie, Ezekiel, Zebedee, and Zain (in his cute little-guy way) look forward to sharing the love of Christ with African friends they meet along the way, while maintaining focus on home-schooling with a Christian-based curriculum.   Zeke and Zeb have a heart for sharing the Bible with other children. Angie enjoys facilitating related ministry opportunities for her older boys in addition to putting her past professional experience to use, serving people overcoming emotional trauma.

Mobilizing Offices

AIM is a global organization comprised of both sending and receiving entities. Each sending country is home to a Mobilizing Office, and this is the first place of contact for engaging with AIM. Find the Mobilizing Office nearest you to learn more about opportunities to serve or partner with AIM.

Receiving Regions

AIM works in more than 20 African countries, including some islands of the Indian Ocean, and in other countries around the globe where ethnic Africans have settled. Our work is divided into five regions: Eastern, Central, Southern, Northern, and Diaspora Ministries.
